No, you do not need to be home for a roof inspection. We will need your permission to get up on your roof, make the analysis, & take some digital pictures/videos. We can go over damage when convenient to you.

Yes, your Home Owners Associations may have specific guidelines for shingle colors. This isn’t a problem at all. We have a wide variety of colors to meet your HOA approval.

Most of our roof replacement projects are performed in under 1 day. If you have a very large roof, we will never leave it exposed to the elements in between installation days.

No, you do not need to be home the day of installation.

Yearly. Our maintenance plan Includes Storm Damage Reports if you are located in a previous severe storm area with annual roof inspections.
